[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good morning,

Just a reminder that if you are requesting the Helpdesk to set December P010 dates, to check the P190 to ensure there is not a 2020 set there.  If the P190 shows a 2020 set for December pay, the ACH must be stopped or the check canceled before the OSPS Helpdesk can set December P010 dates.

The ACH stop cutoff is today, Monday December 30th at 10:15am.  If the ACH stop is not received by the cutoff, OSPS staff will not be able to stop the direct deposit.  This will result in the employee receiving their December pay in January as well as receiving a 2020 W2.
