For agencies with SEIU and/or AEE represented employees:

We have reached agreement with both SEIU and AEE to remove the 32 hour eligibility requirement under the vacation articles, holiday articles and sick leave articles.  Please contact LRU at oregon.gov<mailto:LRU at oregon.gov> if you have any questions.
