OSPS E-News ~ PPDB Freeze/Workday cutover

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,

We are currently in the cutover period for the transition from PPDB to Workday.  During this transition time, transactions are not being sent to OSPA.  Transactions will restart in  February, being fed from Workday to OSPA nightly.

If you find that an employee is going to be over/under paid for January run 1, our recommendation is to make P050 adjustments to correct the gross pay for the month.  Once the integration from Workday to OSPA is up and running,  your agency HR department will be able to make the necessary entries which will feed to OSPA. At that time, agencies can remove the P050 entries and set correctives for January if needed.

An eNews will be sent when OSPA starts receiving transactions from Workday.
