[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,

If your agency is having their employees update their W-4 information using Workday then you no longer need to send that form to the OSPS Help Desk for anyone claiming 11 or more allowances or claiming exempt.  OSPS will be running a W-4 report monthly out of Workday and sending that to the Department of Revenue.

If your agency will continue processing paper W-4s then you will need to still send those W-4s (11 or more allowances or exempt) to the OSPS Help Desk.
