[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Good afternoon everyone,

In preparing for employees telecommuting, OSPS is implementing the following changes:

Effective 3/25/2020 until further notice:

Please send all questions and correspondence via email as the OSPS helpdesk phone or fax will not always be monitored.

OSPS will email the daily ACH Reject report to agency payroll managers and/or lead workers as an encrypted pdf file.  The password to open the file will be "OSPS"; all uppercase, no quotes.

Agencies submitting ACH Stops need to submit the forms by email to the OSPS Helpdesk at OSPS.HELP at oregon.gov<mailto:OSPS.HELP at oregon.gov>.  Faxes will not be processed

The information on the ACH Stop form will remain as is with the exception of the Account Number. Only include the last 4 digits (example below).  You may include the entire routing number which is not confidential information.  Do not email us a form with an employee's full account number!
