Good morning,

During forum on Tuesday, October 19 agencies were provided with updates and reminders as well as important year end information. Below is a brief summary of topics.  More information can be found in the attached slide show and handouts.

OSPS updates and reminders included:

  *   OSPS will be moving to DAS East effective November 1.
  *   New ACH stop deadline of 9:15am effective October 13
  *   DAS Publishing and Distribution is offering services to stuff and mail agency W2
  *   Front line worker bonus pay
     *   A list is being provided by CHRO to OSPS to process for the November 1 check
     *   If agencies have questions please reach out to CHRO


Payroll and time tracking replacement project reminders included:

  *   The project team began testing this month and got our first look at configuration
  *   End to end testing will occur starting in November
  *   Testing will utilize the security role that will be used in production (no super user access for agencies)

For Year end, I have attached the handouts we provide each year as well as a copy of the slide show. Year end begins on page 11. Key highlights include

  *   If you have employees leaving state service in December and they have an enrollment with OSGP, please reach out to Kathy Gannon
  *   November run 2 will be your last opportunity to set correctives for Dec 2020-Oct 2021 pay periods
  *   Overpayments that occurred in the 2021 tax year must be repaid by the December paid January 3 pay date.
     *   2021 Overpayments that won’t be paid by the December paid January paycheck need to follow the gross up process
     *   A W2-C is issued once the overpayment is repaid.
