[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

The OSPA for Beginners training has been revamped to be virtual. The schedule has been posted below.  Enrollment for this training is open. It is required that you attend all of the sessions to receive credit of completion for the course.


  1.  May 18th , 1:30pm - 3:30pm: Intro to Payroll & Inquiry Only Screens
  2.  May 19th, 1:30pm - 3:30pm: Processes - Taxes, Manual Checks, Donated Leave & Garnishments
  3.  May 25th , 1:30pm - 3:30pm: Processes - PEBB Entries, Deceased Employees, New Hires, Separations
  4.  May 26th 1:30pm - 3:30pm : Processes - PERS, Domestic Partner, Intro to Exception Reports, and Understanding the Processing Calendar

To enroll, please register for the course in Workday by searching for it in the Learning Content section.
