Hello Payroll Professionals,

We wanted to make sure that you get the most expedient customer service possible. Therefore, the following items/forms can be directly emailed to our Accountant 1 at this email account: accountant2.osps at das.oregon.gov<mailto:accountant2.osps at das.oregon.gov> instead of to the Helpdesk.


  *   Payment Notification Forms (BT's, Vendor Negatives)
  *   Clear to Tax Requests (please remind them to provide the following information in their requests:  OR #, Name of EE, Agency #, PPE and amount)
  *   Stop Payment Requests
  *   Corrected W-2  Requests

If you forget and email the OSPS Helpdesk, they will continue to forward those emails to the Accountant 1.

Please remember, do not list the full account # on these forms. Only list the last four digits of the account number to keep that information secure. Emailing the employee's name along with the Routing # and full Account # is considered Personally Identifiable Information and is a violation of our security protocols.
