[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll Professionals,

OSPS will be sending emails beginning 10/3/22 to payroll management personnel regarding the annual process of reviewing staff who are authorized to sign for pay advances and for off-cycle manual checks.  An email should be received by COB 10/7/22.

Once your agency has been contacted, you will have up to three weeks in which to respond. OSPS will follow up on non-responsive agencies beginning 10/31/22.  Thank you for your prompt attention to this annual process.
