Good afternoon,



The December release items listed below were approved Dec. 14, 2023 by the Workday Change Advisory Board. These items will be implemented in Workday by December 19, 2023.



*        PEBB Open Enrollment - Process 2024 Elections File

*        Remote Work - Update to BP for Paid Leave Oregon

*        SB128 Clergy Allowance

*        Change PERS Additional contribution rate for the PANG IAP Settlement related to PERS Contributions back to 2%

*        RPT: Preliminary Deceased Report

*        Complete testing W-2 data file to Print Plant

*        OST Trial Service Review and OST Performance Review Workday template request

*        Add OSPOA Union dues to process when employee is on unpaid leave of absence

*        AFSCME Physicians need to be eligible for comp time accrual rate .3334

*        Review and build FLSA Work period calendars for 2024 (yearly task) and New Monthly period schedule

*        Inactivate DEQ Time calculation that does not calculate shift differential on overtime hours

*        Make time entry code Premium - Pay at Half Time (0.5) to all employees who are eligible for holidays

*        Nurses represented by ONA should earn compensatory time (CT) and not straight time (ST)

*        Assign Work Schedule - auto approval by agency payroll partner

*        Military Leave hour update from 15 days (120 hours) to 21 days (168 hours) effective January 1, 2024

*        Update the Emergency Contact Cards to display on a custom schedule

*        RPT: Annual filings - Not state of Oregon

*        RPT: Form WR - Annual Withholding Reconciliation Report

*        RPT: iWire - File W-2s and 1099 with Department of Revenue

*        RPT: Form 945 Annual Return for Backup Withholding

*        RPT: File W-2s with Social Security Administration

*        CPERS: OT/AST Net Negative adjustments & Return of Overpayment

*        Creation of Longevity Leave Time Off Plan, Accrual and Time Off

*        Protected Leave Updates for Jan. 1, 2024

*        Create new reasons to be able to determine monthly eligibility

*        CBA: Education Differential for Doctorate in Nursing - 12% (ONA)

*        CBA: Establish 2% Financial Investigator Differential (CIA)

*        CBA: Compensation Allowances - SART Differential (AAOS/AOCE)

*        RPT: File 1099 with Social Security Administration

*        Improve Reporting on Roles Request App

*        INT018 CPERS DTL1 Seasonal Issue

*        Correct time off availability for the job profile of Physician, Psychiatrist - SR49 - Exempt

*        CPERS INT241 - Previous correction introduced error that did not replace a special character with a space, but instead replaced it with no space leading to some irregularities with names

*        Adjustment for the Special Day of Leave for employees in the ASCME at OSP - Support Unit
