Good morning,

Just a reminder to please check your Home Page Alerts in the system to see if there are any unsaved QSCs. If the record is not saved, the information does not get sent to the plans in our weekly files and delays important updates needed for members.

Also, even though the “Open” section for Open Enrollment is active and open, if you make changes in that section you must still click the “save” button to save those changes. No QSC is needed for Open Enrollment.

You may have multiple Home Page Alerts, but the Unsaved Enrollments are divided in two;


  *   Unsaved Enrollments – Agency Admin need to review and save.
  *   Unsaved Enrollments from Member Module – Members did not complete and save so they need to be contacted and reminded to go back in the system to finish, review and save.
