Subject: Agency Update - OE Unenroll Reports - October 16, 2023

Good morning,

The OE Unenroll Reports ready for agencies. The report information is from this morning’s enrollment (around 10am). There is a specific process that agencies will follow in order to access these reports. The process guide is attached.

If you are unable to access your folder or if more admin access is needed, please let us know and we can grant the access.

The PDB document management is a secure way to transfer files. Agencies and PEBB can upload or download files as needed or requested.

The OE Unenroll Reports have already been loaded to each agencies folder (DAS has many combined in one folder, separated by agency in the spreadsheet). The description name is “Unenroll report as of 10-16-2023”. There are four tabs in each report:


  1.  All Employees:
     *   Completed by member highlighted in green
     *   Completed by Admin highlighted blue
     *   Complete-Partial highlighted light orange, meaning member got past core page but did not go through entire process
     *   Not completed highlighted orange


  1.  Unenrolled  - lists only those not complete


  1.  Complete – lists those that show completed by member or admins


  1.  Opt Out and Declines – lists those members who did or did not complete

Below is the projected schedule of when the reports will be available. Please note that you will need to receive an email first notifying you that they are ready in document management as it is a manual process.
