[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Payroll professionals,


We are going to be printing out all W-2s this year.  You'll need to order envelopes or work with DAS P&D on your distribution needs.  If you are planning to or have contracted with P&D to distribute the W2s for your agency, you will not need to purchase envelopes separately.

OSPS has identified an online source for purchasing W-2 envelopes that will fit the WD printed 2023 W-2 format.  Most offer discounts for volume purchases and some for return customer ordering.  You should use the envelope criteria noted below if purchasing envelopes through another source.











2023 W-2 envelope criteria:  Double Window Envelope (Upper left/Lower right) for 4-Up W-2 and 1099-R forms (5 5/8 inches x 9 inches)
