[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

The October Workday Change Advisory Board (CAB) process is complete, and the items below were approved on Oct. 19, 2023, for implementation and are now active in Workday:

*        W-2 Configuration in Workday

*        State Withholding Update (see attached file)

*        OSPOA - New time entry code/earning code for OSPOA Command Center employees to pay x2 regular rate of pay.

*        2023 - 2025 CBA Rate Changes for Oregon State Hospital (OSH) - SEIU employees effective Aug. 1, 2023

*        2023 - 2025 CBA changes for Oregon State Police (AFSCME and OSPOA)

*        Oregon State Police AFSCME employees eligible for on-call time

*        OSPOA comp time training code deactivated.

*        OSPOA Criminal Investigations Division and Special Investigations Unit differential not included in leave payouts.

*        Oregon State Police removal of 96-hour time off plan balance upper limit for Holiday Leave | Time Off plan. Creation of two reports.

*        Secretary of State policy update to vacation cap payoff on termination

*        Secretary of State - Personal Business Leave - Remove the 6-month wait.

*        Create of custom app for release management
