[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hello Payroll Professionals,



On April 24, we will start the Office Hours back up. We will hold them from 2-3pm on Tuesday to Thursday. Mornings are currently not an option as processing daily checks is the higher priority.



We will walk through issues and cases as time allows.  We will do our best to demonstrate our analysis along with tips and tricks.



We will track issues and questions to pass along to the Tier 3 team to work on.  The goal will be to have answers for the next Office Hours meeting or provide a target date to respond.



We hope this will create an open forum to share ideas and collaborate on solutions in the Workday environment.



If there are others in your group that do not receive eNews, please pass this along. This announcement will also be made at the Payroll Partner stand up on the April 23. Below is the link that we will be using.
