Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application osps-news at omls.oregon.gov

Hello Payroll Professionals,

This notice is to inform you of an error with the Oregon Savings Growth Plan (OSGP) monthly update file for the March 1, 2024, pay.

During the February On-Cycle payroll processing that includes a file upload from OSGP, we experienced an unexpected integration error that has not presented itself in the previous 13 production loads or during the months of testing prior to go live. As a result of the unexpected integration error, some employee's elected actions in OSGP were not uploaded to Workday in time to post on the March 1, 2024, payslips.

Employees that took the following actions during the month of January are identified on the impacted employee list uploaded to Workday Drive (Payroll Partner Resources > 2024 > OSGP March Pay Impacted Employees):

* Employees starting or increase their OSGP contribution

* Employees reducing or ending their OSGP contribution

* Employees starting a loan repayment

* Employees stopping a loan repayment

We are working closely with the OSGP team on this effort to ensure we have processes in place to prevent this from happening in the future.

Please use the impacted employee list located on Workday Drive (Payroll Partner Resources > 2024 > OSGP March Pay Impacted Employees) along with the sample communication below to communicate with impacted employees.

Please reach out to us with any follow-up questions by creating a case.
