[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

Hi,

The February 1, 2024 payslip will be showing tomorrow.  See attached annoucement that will be posted in Workday soon.

Please note:  the updates to the payslip will be seen when you click on the 'Print Payslip Image' button.

The enhancements are listed below:

1.     Add company name, address, phone number to upper left.

2.     In the upper right corner, added: "If you have questions contact your agency payroll office."

3.     Time Off Balances Box removed

a.     Note: The time off balances were generated on the same day as the payslip and do not update over time. To view current time off balances, see How to View Time Off Balances<https://wd5.myworkday.com/oregon/email-universal/inst/25755$1599/rel-task/2998$40834.htmld> Knowledge Article.
