OSPS E-News ~ Pay Input Instructions for 2024 Governor's State Employees Food Drive Donations

Payroll partners,

Please follow the steps below to enter the donations for 2024 State Employees Food Drive.
1.     Employees can access the knowledge Article below for detailed instructions on how to complete the form to make a donation to the Governor's State Employees Food Drive
a.     Governor's State Employees Food Drive Deduction<https://wd5.myworkday.com/oregon/email-universal/inst/25755$1546/rel-task/2998$40834.htmld>
2.     Once completed the Request will route to the Payroll Partner Workday Inbox
3.     Payroll Partner will create a "Pay Input" on the employee's profile for the amount requested on the form.
4.     On the Pay Input screen select the appropriate Food Bank from the drop down
a.     Type in "Donation" to have the list of food banks display.
5.     Select the start and end dates.
a.     Start Date for a one-time and ongoing donation will be 3/1/2024.
b.     End Date for a one-time donation is 3/31/2024.
c.      End Date for an Ongoing donation is 2/28/2025.
d.     Select "Ongoing" or "One Time" and then click OK.
6.     Once the Pay Input is completed the food drive deduction will come out of the next payroll processed for the employee.
