 Good afternoon,

This is a follow up on the Oregon Savings Growth Plan - VOYA (OSGP) integration error sent out via e-News Feb. 27, 2024

Overview of the issue: During February, DAS experienced an unexpected integration error with the OSGP file that had not presented itself in the previous 13 production loads.

* OSGP integration issue has been resolved.

* OSGP is instructing impacted employees to work with their agency payroll office. Important information and questions to ask when working with employees:

o For Refunds: Employees who requested to end or reduce OSGP contributions in January may request a refund. Questions to ask: How much would you like to be refunded? When would you like your refund? Options are:

? Mid-month: Refund will pay out on Mar 15

? First of the month: Refund will pay out on April 1

o For Additional Contributions: Employees who requested new or additional OSGP contributions in January may request the contribution to be deducted in March or April.

? Question to ask: How much contribution did you request? When would you like your contribution to be deducted from your payroll check? Options are:

* Mid-Month: Additional contribution will be deducted on Mar 15

* First of the month: Additional contribution will be deducted on April 1

* All loan payments set to stop in February, were stopped as expected.

* All loan payments set to start in February were adjusted to start in March.

* For Further Questions: Please reach out to Dee Monday with OSGP.

o Dee Monday - OSGP Program Coordinator, Dee.Monday at pers.oregon.gov<mailto:Dee.Monday at pers.oregon.gov>

If you are making pay inputs for OSGP then it will need to be in the open pay period (March).

Refunds can be paid as their own payment by creating a case named 'OSGP mid-March refund'. If you need help with making the pay input, please create a case.

If the employee would like a calculation to determine gains and losses on the late March 2024, contribution posting to OSGP, please email Dee Monday at dee.Monday at pers.oregon.gov<mailto:dee.Monday at pers.oregon.gov>. OSGP will perform the calculation and update your account. Please note: Once you have made the calculation request it is irrevocable. You must accept the gains as well as the losses, whichever the case may be. There is no withdrawing your request if the calculation is a loss.

Attached is a sample email that can be sent to impacted employees. Below is a file posted in WD Drive that lists the employee and the contribution change that was sent over by OSGP.
