Dear Colleagues:Please see the attached document pertaining to the
upcoming AMA-CDC 2nd National Congress on Health System Readiness, July
18-20, 2007 in Washington, DC.  This letter includes an application
inviting our local and community partners to submit innovative solutions
and approaches for pandemic influenza planning to be presented at the
Congress.  We are requesting you to forward this letter to those
individuals or programs implementing exceptional and innovative
approaches.  Also, please disseminate to any additional sector you deem
appropriate for this call for application.  A Congress website with
