[Reforma_or] Order & Cataloging Spanish Language Materials

Hello everyone! 

I have been ordering Spanish language materials through a few different
sellers like Lorito Books, Spa Publishers, LA Libreria, etc.. 

On quite a few occasions our cataloger has to create a NEW* record for
each items and that alone is very, very time consuming. We have a
smaller staff and she is our only cataloger. 

My question is: 

1). Are any of you encountering the same problem? 

2). Does anyone have any suggestions? 

3). Are you having to create records for items as well? 

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
