Tillamook County Library is hiring for a full-time Tuesday through Saturday Spanish-speaking Librarian based out of Tillamook, OR with system wide responsibilities throughout the County. While the job description is very general to the Librarian position in Tillamook County, we are looking for someone who is passionate about programming and connecting with the community. This position will coordinate system wide programming and developing relationships with and services for Spanish-speaking community members. A typical week for this position will look sort of like this: 30% of time spent on direct customer service, 35% of time spent on programming and outreach, 25% of time spent on administrative/back of house tasks (cataloging/reference projects/email), 10% of time spent on other duties as assigned (shelving, special projects, etc.).
