With the Department of Revenue's final rollout of the Core Systems Replacement Project on November 13, taxpayers and their representatives are now able to order tax forms, publications, and copies of tax returns using Revenue Online. You don't need to log into an account to order forms. Please note that Revenue recently increased the price of Publication OR-17, Oregon Individual Income Tax Guide, to $7 and copies of tax returns to a flat fee of $5 each. Other tax forms continue to be free of charge.

Representatives will also have the new ability to view and interact with clients' payment plans, garnishment challenges, and financial statements. Third-party access will feature a new view of the client list that can make it easier for representatives to find accounts.

Revenue will offer a demonstration of the new features of Revenue Online at the Tax Professional Liaison Meeting in Salem on December 1<http://www.oregon.gov/DOR/programs/taxpro/Pages/meetings.aspx>.
