[Revenews] Dept. of Revenue Temporary Administrative Rule

The Department of Revenue recently adopted a temporary administrative rule (OAR 150-317-0652) pertaining to a tax modification for listed jurisdiction amounts previously included in income. The rule allows taxpayers to make an election in lieu of claiming the repatriation tax credit established in SB 1529 (2018).

The department's temporary rule filing, along with a copy of the rule will be published in the Oregon Bulletin. A copy of the temporary rule and filing are posted on the department's website at: https://www.oregon.gov/DOR/about/Pages/rules.aspx
