[Revenews] Department of Revenue Rulemaking Activity

The Department of Revenue intends to adopt four administrative rules pertaining to the new Oregon Corporate Activity Tax and amend one administrative rule pertaining to Personal Income Tax. The agency has also amended a temporary rule pertaining to Penalty for Dishonored Checks.

Attached please find information related to the department's permanent rulemaking, including:

  *   notices of proposed rulemaking,
  *   an upcoming public hearing period (June 1-23, 2020), and
  *   a public hearing on June 23, 2020.
