RE: ARRA - DISTIRCT DEADLINE OF 12/31/11 - PLEASE READ!

This message pertains to the FINAL reporting period for the ARRA IDEA grants. Please read carefully. If you are not the person responsible for Section 1512 reporting for the ARRA IDEA grants, please pass this along to that individual.

1. All subrecipients must report data this quarter, regardless of whether there is anything new to report. Since this is a very busy time of year, and many staff may be out of the office during the holidays, please report it as soon as possible.
2. The period of obligation for the ARRA IDEA grants ended on 9/30/11.
3. All subrecipient FTE (created and retained) should be reported as 0.00 since work performed during this quarter would be after the period of availability.
4. It is possible that subrecipients had additional vendor payments occurring during this quarter for obligations made prior to 10/1/11. It is necessary to report those payments in this reporting cycle.
5. If your agency reported infrastructure during the quarter ending 9/30/11, you would need to report the infrastructure during this quarter. It is cumulative, so the amount and description must be reported each quarter with any necessary upward adjustments for vendor payments made during the current quarter.

I appreciate your attention to this matter.
