[Self-Management_OR] Call for Stanford Programs Workshop Data

Happy New Year!

We are working hard to collect all the data from Stanford programs (Living Well, Tomando Control, DSMP, etc) that occurred in 2014.  If your organization held a workshop last year and you have not yet sent in the workshop data package, please do so as soon as possible!  If we receive the 2014 data no later than January 16 your organization will receive textbooks for each participant that attends a Living Well or Tomando Control workshop in return, up to a maximum of 10, for each workshop data package.
