[Self-Management_OR] QA/Fidelity/Metrics workgroup call next Tuesday, Jan 13 at 1 pm

Happy new year!

Please consider joining the Self-Management Quality, Fidelity, and Metrics workgroup's first call of 2015 - next Tuesday, January 13 from 1-2 pm.  The call-in number is at the top of the attached agenda.

Over the past several years, this small but mighty workgroup has developed fidelity guidelines and tools to support Stanford self-management programs (all found on the Living Well website<http://public.health.oregon.gov/DiseasesConditions/ChronicDisease/LivingWell/Pages/fidelity.aspx>).  The group is now expanding its focus to consider quality and fidelity for a broader range of evidence-based programs that are being offered in communities around the state; the meeting next week will be reviewing quality expectations from some other states, and an initial draft summary of "completion" expectations for a variety of programs.  We would welcome anyone to join this workgroup and ongoing discussion on ways to support program quality.   Please consider joining us next week, or feel free to contact me with any questions!
