[Self-Management_OR] Steering Committee changes/meeting & webinar

Hello all,

Thank you, Angela, for the great webinar on "Creating Welcoming CDSM Programs for Everyone."  Also, thank you to the 16 that attended!  Access to the slide, handouts, and the archived recording will be available tomorrow at www.ohsu.edu/oodhresources<http://www.ohsu.edu/oodhresources>  Meeting minutes will be sent out at a later date; hopefully by next week.

After the steering committee completed a doodle poll, we have decided instead of having the steering committee meet monthly (when there is no quarterly meeting), we will meet 4-6 weeks prior to the next Self-Management Quarterly Meeting.  Anyone is welcomed to attend the next steering committee meeting scheduled for Friday, November 17th from 10am-11am.  Same call- in information:  1-844-626-0321 room #: 3408, pin #: 8043
