Nominate an individual or organization that has contributed to health in your community.

The 2018 Oregon Place Matters Conference is accepting nominations for 2018 Place Matters Awards through Monday August 20th.

The nomination committee is particularly interested in honoring efforts that advance policy, systems and environmental strategies to address the leading causes of preventable death in Oregon: tobacco, poor nutrition, physical inactivity and excessive alcohol use.
