[Self-Management_OR] Last call for poster proposals!

The 2018 Oregon Place Matters Conference is accepting proposals for posters through Monday August 20th.

Submit a poster proposal in one of the following categories:

  *   Best and promising practices in chronic disease which describe innovative methods, projects or lessons learned.
  *   Research posters which describe the author's research, pilot study or evaluation findings that contribute to knowledge in chronic disease prevention or health promotion.
  *   Other topics of interest related to chronic disease prevention, detection, self-management and risk factors.
