[Self-Management_OR] CDC resources for State, Tribal and Local Public Health Professionals

The CDC provides useful links and resources to state, tribal, and local public health professionals through a newly revised Public Health Professionals Gateway. This state, tribal, local and territorial (STLT) gateway has a new name and look, but still offers the same great resources to inform and support every type of jurisdiction and setting for your work. We've also added a link that public health professionals working in state, tribal, local, and territorial agencies can use to reach directly to CSTLTS for immediate help.
