[Self-Management_OR] Notice of Leader Trainings

Oregon Wellness Network wanted to notify everyone of two upcoming
trainings this week:

For Tomando Control leaders who have not taken the 2020 CDSMP update, the
following TC update training has room:

1)      Tomando Control 2021 Update training (1.5 days):  November 16th
(all day) and November 13rd (1/2 day)

See attached flyer.  Contact Lavinia at 503-304-3408 if interested.

 

For CDSMP leaders who have taken the CDSMP 2020 update training and would
like to get cross-trained into Diabetes.

2)      DSMP cross training (one full day). November 19, 2021 8:00-4:30pm.
