Hello Oregon self-management program delivery partners,

Many thanks to those of you who joined our training for the Oregon Compass Data Portal last week!

There were some great questions that came out of our time together, and I am waiting to hear back from Compass to provide answers. Those questions are:

  *   When registrant/participant limit is reached for a workshop, will the listing still show up in the public search?
  *   Is there a "waitlist" option for workshops?
  *   What does the confirmation email look like when participants register for a workshop? Can this be edited/customized?
  *   Can the form reports be downloaded?

As a reminder, I am hosting Open Office Hours for Oregon Compass Technical Assistance every other Friday from 10-11 am Pacific. No registration required; join at your convenience and bring any questions you may have or listen in and learn from others. Dear Oregon self-management program delivery partners,

If you're new to Compass or just need a refresher, we invite you to join us next Wednesday, November 17 from 1-2 pm PT for an introductory training, covering the following topics:

  *   Adding workshops
  *   Managing online registrations
  *   Setting up workshop automations
  *   Collecting participant data

The training session will be recorded and made available for those unable to attend.
