*Agency:* Health & Human Services Dept. (Health Resources & Services
Admin.); *Program: *Telehealth Network Grant Program (TNGP) (Funding
Opportunity Number: HRSA-09-194) (CFDA Number: 93.211);

*Eligibility:* Nonprofits or public entities that can provide services
through a telehealth network to rural or underserved urban communities or
through a tele-home care network to patients in their homes located in
either urban underserved or rural communities; *Funding:* $3.4 million for
14 awards; *Deadline:* March 6.

*Purpose:* TNGP demonstrates how telehealth programs and networks can
improve access to quality health care services in underserved rural and
urban communities.

The telehealth grants go to networks that must:

   - Expand access to, coordinate and improve the quality of health care
   services.
   - Improve and expand the training of health care providers.
   - Expand and improve the quality of health information available to
   health care providers, patients and their families.
