Greetings,

I was asked to pass this information on to all of you on our listserv:

If your organization is interested in becoming a part of OHN's Rural Health
Care Pilot Project you must complete the required information forms and
submit them by the deadline below.  Courtney has posted a link to those
forms on the front page of the OHN website www.oregonhealthnet.org

The final deadline for anyone interested in being a part of RFP 11 is
December 17th .  All LOAs, General Site Information forms and
approved/signed network diagrams must be received by OHN no later than
December 17th.
