Conference **October 10th / 11th at the LaSells Stewart Center in Corvallis –
This year this meeting is being combined with the annual meeting of the
Oregon Environmental Health Association (OEHA)**. There is a packed 2 day
agenda with 2 keynote speakers and 6 concurrent sessions, each with 5-6
break-outs.*

*Registration Now Open for the 2011 OPHA Annual Meeting & Conference*
This is the event of the year for Oregon's public health community.
 Partnering for the first time with the Oregon Environmental Health
Association, the 2011 Conference will showcase the latest research, trends,
strategies, and policy changes in public health. Whether you are a longtime
attendee or if you are considering attending the OPHA Annual Meeting &
Conference for the first time, you are sure to find topics that will peak
your interest among the more than 70 oral presentations, 50 poster
presentations, networking opportunities, and much more*.*****

Location: LaSells Stewart Center, Oregon State University, Corvallis Oregon
Date:  Monday, October 10 and Tuesday, October 11, 2011
Time: Doors open at 7:30 am, presentations begin at 8:45 am and run
throughout the day****

*Meals and Lodging*
Two continental breakfasts, two lunches, and light snacks are included in
your registration.  Lodging is the responsibility of the registrant.
 Discounted room rates are available at the Hilton Garden Inn in Corvallis
until September 26; request the OPHA conference rate and make your
reservation early!****

OPHA Member Student/Retiree - $40
OEHA Member - $140
Non-member - $140
Non-member Student/Retiree - $60****

Early bird registration closes September 25; all registrations increase by
