[TAO] FSMB releases model telemedicine policy

Good Morning,
Earlier this week the Federation of State Medical Boards released its model
policy for telemedicine.  The model is expected to provide guidance to
state medical boards to use when developing their own telemedicine policies.

I have attached their press release, the model policy and an article from
Modern Healthcare for your review.  This information will also be available
