[TAO] Hotel information for the TAO Summit

Greetings,

The 2019 Summit is not being held in a hotel.  Because of that we have
worked with the Mercy Corps Event Center staff to offer you information
about nearby hotels.There are three that are located within walking
distance of the Event Center that were recommended:

*The Hotel Rose* - Located just half a block from Waterfront Park, the
Hotel Rose is full of boutique charm and up-to-date technology.  The Hotel
is offering a very limited number of rooms at a rate of $129 per night +
tax, and $10 for overnight parking.  You must book by *April 19th.  *After
that you may be able to get the rate if rooms are available. The address
for the Hotel Rose is 50 Southwest Morrison Street, Portland and the phone

You can extend your stay up to three days before or after the Summit at the
same rate.

*The Hoxton* https://thehoxton.com/oregon/portland/hotels is located in
historic Old Town China Town.  They will offer Summit participants a 15%
discount on the room type of your choosing with the discount code of Code
is “MERCYCORP”!  The address for The Hoxton is 15 NW 4th Avenue, Portland
and the phone number is 866-599-6674.  There is not onsite parking so you
will have to find parking in one of the nearby lots.

*Courtyard Marriott - *For those of you who are Marriott members, the
Courtyard Marriott Downtown Portland is located at 435 NE Wasco St,
Portland and the phone number is 503-234-3200.  This hotel is farther from
the Event Center than the other two hotels.
