Greetings,

Here are several updates you might find useful:
1. This is guidance from the American Dental Association.  I thought those
of you who offered dental as part of your services might find it useful.

2.  The American Medical Association has released a guide to help providers
get paid for their telehealth services during the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
pandemic. This is coding advice.

3.The OHA released a Temporary Adminstrative Order  - DMAP 16-2020
regarding CCO Telemedicine/Telehealth Payment Parity "Requirements for
Providers During COVID19 Crisis.  This temporary rule directs Oregon’s
contracted Coordinated Care Organizations to reimburse their contracted
physical and behavioral health providers the same rate for telemedicine and
telehealth services as they would for persons in-person. The provisions for
exemptions of HIPAA compliance based on guidance from the US Department of
Health and Human Services, Office of Civil Rights in light of the COVID-19
crisis".

4. The OHA released a Temporary Administrative Order - DMAP 15 -2020
regarding  Face-to-Face Encounter Requirements for Fee-for-Service Clients
and Telehealth for Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid
Services, for physical and occupational therapy providers, for vision
service providers, and for providers of Administrative Medical Exams.

Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BHR) Contractors and Their Providers
