For CTS Contacts only,
The transition from using Azumano for booking flights to using CTM is fast approaching. You will be receiving new US Bank account numbers and the old account numbers used by Azumano will be closed. Please read and save the following information to assist you in a successful transition to the new service provider.

To activate the new account with US Bank, call customer service at 1-800-344-5696. You will need the following items:

1. The 16 digit account number - the first seven digits are 4730770, the remaining nine digits will be sent on January 27th or 28th via email directly to the CTS Contact on file.

2. New expiration date - will be included in forthcoming email. While the account itself does not expire, the security code for the account does.

3. Account security code (CVV #) - mailed directly from US Bank via US Postal Service, please watch your mail.

4. The zip code tied to the account - I'll verify this in the forthcoming email.

5. The last 4 digits of the applicable SS# - instructions for this too will be in the forthcoming email.
To activate the new account at CTM...reprinted below is the instructions provided on the DAS Procurement Travel Link message posted on 1-14-16.

  * In an effort to minimize the impact to our customers CTM will be using the current booking tool (NuTravel). The user name and password will remain the same. However, in order to have your user profile available on February 1, you will need to complete the 'New Account Setup Form for State Agencies and ORCPP' on the Resources section, gray field on the following website: http://us.travelctm.com/oregon/

6. Complete the requested information fields and click 'Submit'.

7. If agencies have multiple individual division or sectional profiles, those users will also need to complete this profile.

8. CTM will contact you for payment information after the form has been submitted.

9. If you received an unused ticket report from Azumano you can copy the information into the setup document under reporting data.

10. If you have questions regarding the set-up process, feel free to contact Tony Fuerte at 206-674-4438.
**CTM will not be able to process any bookings for users until February 1, 2016.

  * Begin working with CTM on February 1, 2016. CTM will assist with all new bookings and support previously booked travel beginning February 1.
DAS is offering a free information seminar to state agencies and ORCPP members on February 1, 2016. CTM will be providing an overview of travel services and answer questions. The seminar will be offered in the morning or the afternoon. It is highly recommended that you attend. However, if users are unable, DAS will provide access to the recorded training. More details (date/time/location) regarding this training opportunity will be provided in the upcoming weeks.
If you have questions regarding this transition or travel related concerns, feel free to contact Josh Hardage, State Procurement Analyst, via email Info.ManagedTravel at Oregon.gov<mailto:Info.ManagedTravel at Oregon.gov>.

Thank you for your patience as this transition proceeds.
