Subject: IMPORTANT MESSAGE regarding the State of Oregon Travel Management Contract

This is a follow up to our previous notifications (sent 12/31/2015 & 1/7/2016) of a change to the State of Oregon Travel Management Contract.

As stated before, the Azumano Travel Services Price Agreement #5126 will expire on January 31, 2016. The State of Oregon will transition to NASPO Value Point's Master Services Contract #2579 with Corporate Travel Management (CTM) on February 1, 2016.

**State agencies and ORCPP members will not be able to use Azumano to book travel under PA #5126 after January 31, 2016.

We have listed some tips and resources below to assist with this transition:

* Continue working with Azumano Travel until January 31, 2016. Under the State of Oregon agreement any bookings processed through Azumano will need to be completed prior to February 1, 2016.
The completed Azumano bookings may include travel after February 1, however, any changes (ex. transfers, exchanges, or reissues) needed after February 1 will be handled by CTM.
* In an effort to minimize the impact to our customers CTM will be using the current booking tool (NuTravel). The user name and password will remain the same. However, in order to have your user profile available on February 1, you will need to complete the 'New Account Setup Form for State Agencies and ORCPP' on the Resources section, gray field on the following website: http://us.travelctm.com/oregon/

1. Complete the requested information fields and click 'Submit'.

2. If agencies have multiple individual division or sectional profiles, those users will also need to complete this profile.

3. CTM will contact you for payment information after the form has been submitted.

4. If you received an unused ticket report from Azumano you can copy the information into the setup document under reporting data.

5. If you have questions regarding the set-up process, feel free to contact Tony Fuerte at 206-674-4438.

**CTM will not be able to process any bookings for users until February 1, 2016.

* Begin working with CTM on February 1, 2016. CTM will assist with all new bookings and support previously booked travel beginning February 1.
* DAS is offering a free information seminar to state agencies and ORCPP members on February 1, 2016. CTM will be providing an overview of travel services and answer questions. The seminar will be offered in the morning or the afternoon. It is highly recommended that you attend. However, if users are unable, DAS will provide access to the recorded training. More details (date/time/location) regarding this training opportunity will be provided in the upcoming weeks.

If necessary, we will send additional transition guidance and resources in the upcoming weeks.

Again, thank you and we appreciate your patience during this transition.

If you have questions regarding this transition or travel related concerns, feel free to contact Josh Hardage, State Procurement Analyst, via email Info.ManagedTravel at Oregon.gov<mailto:Info.ManagedTravel at Oregon.gov>.
