As you know, due to system issues at US Bank, Treasury was unable to post US Bank deposits (including merchant card and lockbox activity), Incoming ACH, ACH returned Items, Redeemed checks and US Bank Returned checks to agency accounts yesterday (8/4/10). The problems have been resolved and the following is an outline of how Treasury will process and distribute files today (8/5/10).

Step 1:
Treasury will first process all US Bank files for yesterday (8/4/10).

For agencies receiving files, Treasury will make the following files available in FTP folders: Incoming ACH, ACH Returned Items, and Redeemed checks. The files for 8/4/2010 will be available by no later than the normal processing deadlines today (8/5/2010). We will notify you as soon as they are available.

For agencies accessing Treasury Statements through Online services, reports for yesterday's (8/4/2010) transactions will be available after we run our normal end of day processes (no later than 4:00 p.m.)

Treasury will backdate all Incoming ACH and Deposits from yesterday with an effective date of 8/4/2010 to ensure you receive your interest earnings as of yesterday.

Step 2:
Treasury will process all US Bank files for today (8/5/2010) after Step 1 is completed. We will notify you as soon as today's files are available in your FTP folders, and we expect that they will not be available until after 10:00am. Statements through online services will be available after we run our normal end of day processes (no later than 4:00 p.m.)

If you have any problems accessing files in your FTP folder or if you need to have a file put out again for pickup, please contact our Help Desk: (971) 208-2558.

Any other questions, please contact Brady Coy (503) 378-2457 or Rhonda Bachmann (503) 378-8256.

We will provide additional updates and information as it becomes available, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
