Issue with Cashing Checks at U.S. Bank
U.S. Bank is currently experiencing a systems issue that is affecting the ability of branches to cash State of Oregon checks/warrants. If a payee of your agency experiences difficulties in cashing a check/warrant at a U.S. Bank branch, or your agency is otherwise contacted by a U.S. Bank branch to verify a check/warrant, please direct branch staff to contact U.S. Bank Commercial Customer Service at 877.295.2509.

Please note, State of Oregon checks/warrants can be cashed/deposited at any financial institution subject to that institution's check cashing policy.
