Hi, Ann,

Although I knew you were going to retire and become a foster parent, it's still a surprise that it's happening so soon. Thanks for being a part of the YSCon group and with CSLP over the years.
I really appreciated all the work you did last year on the CSLP Board. I'll miss your insightfulness and quiet wisdom. I know that you and your husband will be wonderful foster parents.

My apologies if you receive this message twice. I tried sending it to the listserv this morning, but it bounced back as my email address has recently changed.

I wanted to say good bye to everyone as I get ready to retire from the NH State Library at the end of this month. I have really appreciated the support of this group and the wisdom of so many colleagues over the last 16 years.

I wish you all the best as you continue the important work that you do in your states. I am leaving a job that I love partly because it's "time," and mostly because I feel the need to go in another direction. My husband and I have recently become foster parents, and I am hoping to devote more time to this new chapter in our lives.
