[yscon] YALSA Symposium and National Forum

DC was not invited to the National Forum following the YALSA Symposium. Today I learned that my colleague, Joanna Harris will be able to attend the YALSA Symposium. Since DC was not invited and a couple of states now cannot attend the forum, who do I contact about now extending the invite to DC?
