Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear this. I hope it heals quickly but it sounds painful. Is it the wrist you use most?
I’ll be keeping my fingers crossed that you’re able to make the National Forum.

Subject: [yscon] Update from Merri in Iowa
Hi everyone,
I fell and broke my wrist last Saturday Subsequent surgery on it on Monday has given me a bionic wrist--lots of hardware in there now. (yes, it was a bad break).
I hope to attend the National Forum, but this hinges on multiple contingencies.
My work for Iowa's youth services librarians Iowa is on hold until I can return to work.
My best,
Merri
