I'm going to the ALSC Symposium for the first time this year, so I will let you know... Otherwise, I find YALSA's symposium is always great.  PLA, too.  Haven't done ALA Mid-winter but am planning on it perhaps this coming year.   I don't get as much out of ALA Annual, but we do have a YSCON meeting at it, but just for an hour or so.
