The ALSC Symposium is excellent, as is YALSA. ALA is a little overblown I feel, but Midwinter was very good. I went to the Power-Up conference in Madison, Wisconsin last year and it was fabulous, and will occur again in February of 2019, so definitely put that on your radar!

I'm going to the ALSC Symposium for the first time this year, so I will let you know... Otherwise, I find YALSA's symposium is always great.  PLA, too.  Haven't done ALA Mid-winter but am planning on it perhaps this coming year.   I don't get as much out of ALA Annual, but we do have a YSCON meeting at it, but just for an hour or so.
