Hi Tessa and all,

My State SRP Report addressed many of these aspects.  I am attaching a Word doc of the questions I asked the YSC last year....but I sent them a link to a Google Form where they actually completed the report.  I wanted them, however, to see the questions ahead of time so they could prepare before beginning the Form, hopefully expediting the process for them.

Please forgive me if this has been asked before. I know many of you conduct post-Summer Library Program surveys in your state. I am looking for something a little more general. We are interested in finding out how libraries in our state “do” their summer library programs…what do they call it, what ages, how do they measure, when do they start planning, how much of the budget do they dedicate, do they use the manual or just the graphics, etc. (I just re-read what I wrote and it sounds like I want to do an anthropological study!)

Have any of you done a survey like this? Or does your post-SLP survey speak to some of these issues? Please send anything my way. I’d be most appreciative!
